 Ms. Venia Soumpenioti holds a Master’s in Women, Gender and Society from University College Dublin (UCD) and a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). She is fluent in Greek, English, and Italian, with basic Spanish skills. She has over 11 years of experience as a Project Manager and EU Proposal Writer, focusing on school education projects with strong social impact. Her work includes Erasmus+ and CERV initiatives related to inclusion, early childhood education, gender equality, and democratic participation. Venia began her career working with preschool and early primary children, and still implements projects within this school group, gaining practical insights that continue to inform her project development and stakeholder engagement in the ECEC sector. Combining academic expertise with hands-on experience, she brings a gender-sensitive, inclusive, and strategic approach to educational project design. She is known for her collaborative spirit, structured thinking, and commitment to equity and innovation in education.
